PostLoopr respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to disconnect social platforms, delete your account, and request removal of data we store. Use this URL in developer consoles that require a user data deletion policy or callback reference.
To remove platform-specific tokens and connection data stored by PostLoopr:
This removes encrypted OAuth tokens, profile metadata, and connection identifiers from our systems. Your account on the social platform itself is not deleted.
To permanently delete your account and associated data (email, sessions, connected platforms, content library records, AI analysis, and publishing history):
To manage or delete data held directly by each social network (outside PostLoopr), use that platform's own tools:
For Meta app review, use this user data deletion callback URL in the Facebook Developer console:
https://postloopr.com/api/facebook/data-deletion
When a user removes PostLoopr from Facebook or Instagram, Meta may send a signed request to that endpoint. We delete associated connection data and return a confirmation URL on this page.
You may also request deletion by emailing dev@dotnexus.nl from the address linked to your account. Include your account email, the platform or data you want removed, and whether you want full account deletion. We respond within 30 days.
Some records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, billing, or security obligations.
